 Austin Real Estate Expert Shares “What The Best Do That The Rest Don’t”

AUSTIN, TX (April 4, 2012) – Austin realtor Gene Arant shared success strategies with Gary Keller, founder of Keller Williams Realty, at the Keller Williams Family Reunion event in Orlando, Florida held February 11-15, 2012.  Keller interviewed Gene Arant before 6,000 of Keller Williams agents during the “What The Best Do That The Rest Don’t” lecture on February 14, 2012.  Throughout the presentation, Arant discussed with Keller the sales methods he applies to achieve top producer status year after year.

It was a sweet Valentine’s Day for Arant, who out of nearly 80,000 Associates internationally, he received the annual Mo Anderson Award of Excellence for his ongoing commitment to Keller Williams Realty’s education, training and coaching.  Throughout the four-day event, Arant was asked to participate in three panels designed to educate real estate associates and brokers on increasing their volume of business.  Arant, who was named  Austin Business Journal’s #1 Residential Real Estate Team at their awards ceremony March 7th, explained the importance of his lead building programs, including reaching out to prospects and clients on an “8×8” program, communicating with them 8 times over 8 weeks.  Then following up with the 33 touch program, which builds on the 8×8 by providing more information on the market and their neighborhood and such, 33 more times throughout the year.  This with his commitment to foster truly mutually beneficial relationships via his “Get Sales & Clients For Life” strategies is what produces lifelong clients.
